Shipping
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping Fee: ¥660 nationwide (excluding tax)
*Hokkaido and Okinawa Prefecture require an additional relay fee of ¥880 (excluding tax).
How long does it take for ordered items to arrive?
For credit card and cash on delivery orders, orders placed before 12:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day. For bank transfers, orders for which payment is confirmed by 12:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day.
*Please note that we do not ship on weekends and public holidays. Please be mindful of this when specifying your delivery date.
*Delivery times may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, etc. Please understand in advance.
Can I specify the shipping date?
You can specify the delivery date from the day after tomorrow to 10 days later.
There are time slots available: morning, 12-2 PM, 2-4 PM, 4-6 PM, 6-8 PM, and 8-9 PM.
Payment Methods
What payment methods are available?
We accept bank transfers (prepayment), credit cards, cash on delivery (cash only), Amazon Pay, and PayPal.
