At yinyang, for items purchased at our online store, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the item's arrival at your location.

Items eligible for returns/exchanges must be unused and in their original condition (apparel with tags attached, clothing, jewelry, accessories, props with unopened packaging and product labels).

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item you have returned, please contact us via email and ship the item back to us within 7 days of its arrival. We will then send you the exchange item you desire within approximately 9 business days.
Exchange Process

Please try on the product without cutting the tags. Also, please be careful to avoid scratches, stains, odors such as perfume, or makeup transfer.
Please note that changes after the refund process cannot be accommodated. Please understand this in advance.
Normal wear and tear due to regular use, intentional, negligent, or improper use causing wear or damage are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
If the delivered item is defective or differs from your order, we will handle all expenses, including shipping and fees. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

* Each item dyed with natural dyes is handcrafted, so there may be individual differences and slight color bleeding during the dyeing process. Please enjoy this uniqueness as it does not affect the product's quality.
